Campus Volunteer
YNU currently has the following four volunteer programs:
Student Campus Volunteers
Student Campus Volunteers provide the following three kinds of support as services for other students.
- Learning Assistance
Learning assistance for students with disabilities including providing assistance to and from classes and lectures. - Peer Support
Consultation regarding curriculum and courses as well as daily life on campus - Career Support
Support in job hunting and general consultation regarding career paths, etc.
These activities are non-paying volunteer services. However, volunteers are issued with a letter of commission and a name tag from the President. A certificate of engagement in the provision of volunteer services will also be issued at the request of students.

Student Public Relations Supporter
Student Public Relations Supporters volunteer their time to conduct interviews and prepare articles for publication in the bulletins and website, and to assist in the editing of the bulletins of the university.
These activities are non-paying volunteer services. However, volunteers are issued with a letter of commission and a name tag from the Vice President. A certificate of engagement in the provision of volunteer services will also be issued at the request of students.

Science Café Facilitator
The Science Café is a venue where researchers and people in the local community freely engage in informal conversation about their enjoyment of science. Science Café Facilitators assist in the running of the café sessions by encouraging the exchange of opinions of participants and thinking together with participants about questions to ask lecturers at the Science Café.
