Request to Use YNU’s Seating Record System
The QR codes for YNU’s “Seating Record System” are attached and posted at the entrance of some facilities, on desks, and elsewhere on campus. This system is designed for visitors to scan the QR codes with their smartphones and other devices and register their seat locations (or facility use), duration of stay, names, contacts, and other information from the YNU website. We ask you to register using this system when visiting the facilities. No registration is necessary, in principle, however, when using the facilities for classes.
Personal information obtained from the system will be used only for the purpose of preventing the spread of coronavirus infections, such as contact tracing in the case of visitors being confirmed to have been infected. This information will be deleted within 60 days unless there are reported cases or other circumstances involving the coronavirus.
